We decided that Jaci was the one for us and after speaking with her we knew she would be someone we could trust to help us determine what would be best for us. We have an infant and toddler and weren't sure where we wanted to live, so Jaci took the time to drive through various neighborhoods via facetime to help us have a better understanding of what they had to offer in regards to amenities, trees, types of architecture, etc nearby. She would ask us, "would you want to run or go for a walk here?"... "would you feel safe here?" "Do you see the children having fun here?" These questions along with her detailed "tour-guide" remarks helped us get a grasp on the market and what we wanted. The market was really hot and she made sure she saw new listings immediately so that we wouldn't lose the opportunity to buy them... The home we bought didn't look all that great online but she said that she would go see it and EVERYTHING else with our criteria just to be safe. She even measured the garages to make sure my truck would fit! Once she got to "our" house she called us and said that it was "the one". Sure enough... she was right. The home was WAY better in person and fortunately for us, the listing pictures made the home look smaller and not nearly as nice. She was able to submit an offer along with a cover letter & approval letter. We were all surprised and grateful it was accepted, especially because it was a contingency in such a competitive market. Jaci was there throughout the process- she went by a couple of times to do measurements, she went by to review the home inspection results with the inspector, she got a landscaping bid, and was always prompt to answer her phone or message us immediately. We love our home and would recommend Jaci to anyone who wants an experienced, hard-working, pleasant, AND trustworthy realtor. She isn't just interested in making a sale, she really cares about her clients.

Selling with Jacqueline was a great experience. I found her through an online realtor website profile and reviews from multiple realty websites. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, but I can tell you that she went miles above and beyond what other agents would do in preparing our home for sale. She took the lead on making the property show-ready. She coordinated painters, plumbers, handymen, granite installation, appliance deliveries, air-conditioner replacement, cleaning... she even went to Home Depot to purchase supplies... AND would take the time to clean up and ensure work was completed. She even coordinated repairs with my homeowners’ association where I didn’t have the funds or authority to make improvements. After completing all of this work, she staged the property with her own decorative items and took beautiful photos including aerial shots with her drone. The listing she created was enticing, descriptive, and very attractive. Jaci took us through three separate sales contracts due to some extraordinarily unusual buyer circumstances. At each ‘dead-end,’ she found us at least one new offer within days. I couldn’t imagine a better selling experience. Not only is she an incredible real estate agent, but she is a wonderful person. She even offered to reduce her commission in order to get a deal to closing, but after all of the work she did for us and after finding us multiple full-price offers, I couldn’t have paid her a discounted commission with a clear conscience. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline if you are looking to buy, sell or rent!

My fiance and I had scoured Zillow and were looking at houses on our own. We had narrowed the search down to two homes that we were very interested in. We were ready to make an offer on one of these homes. But, we decided it was unwise to proceed any further without an agent. I did some research online and contacted Jaci. I am so happy that we did. Jaci listened to what we wanted in our new home and asked if we would be open to looking at some more houses before making a decision. We agreed although we were doubtful that anything would sway us from the homes we were already interested in. Jaci went right to work for us and within a day we were revisiting the homes we were already interested in as well as looking at several more homes that Jaci thought would suit our needs very well. By the end of the evening, we had abandoned the two homes that we thought we wanted and were trying to decide which of the homes Jaci had found for us would be best. Once we decided to make an offer on one of these homes, Jaci helped us decide what a fair offer would consist of and helped guide us through the negotiation. Once our offer was accepted, Jaci helped connect us to local professionals to perform some work that we wanted to have done on the house. We feel like we gained so much value by connecting with Jaci as our buying agent. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and was always very responsive to our questions and needs. We would not have found our perfect home if we had not connected with Jaci!

We were looking for a vacation home in the coastal region and came across Jaci in Zillow. She worked with us for a very long time - over a year - and was flexible and accommodating to our schedule since we were coming from out of town for each viewing. She is an accomplished real estate professional, both persistent and patient. We finally landed on an older home in a subdivision and she negotiated a great deal for us. After the purchase, we have stayed in contact and enjoy spending time with her when we are in the area. She has also proven to be an excellent resource for recommendations of local contractors to help with remodeling and repairs on the house. Jaci sells real estate but she builds relationships.

Jacqueline was my buyer's agent. She is a genuine person, and my wife and I really enjoyed working with her. She has complete integrity, and I would recommend her, without reservation. When we viewed our first home, we had not yet selected an agent. My intuition told me she would be the right person. We closed on a home about six months later. So, she was patient, and a pleasure to work with. Consummate professional.

My last move was 35 plus years ago so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Jaci was friendly, personable, and intent on helping me find the perfect home. All my questions and concerns were confidently and patiently addressed. I appreciated the fact she took the time to show me properties and options that weren’t initially on my radar and honestly critiqued each property we visited As such, I felt more than confident when I found the right place for me and she quickly and expertly made it happen. We had seen Jacqueline at our children's former school- and were reintroduced one day while we were waiting in line at Starbucks. We told her that we knew we would need to sell our home in approximately a year. Immediately she sent us information on the current market value of our home to understand the market. She checked in on us periodically, never pushing to sell, simply keeping us updated. When we finally were ready to sell, she broke down the "game plan" and what to expect: from negotiating price, repairs, etc to potential "issues" that lenders may cause. She explained the wisdom of pricing our home "correctly" (close to the sales price) so we would sell in a timely manner and not look like unrealistic sellers. Our home was not cheap, but it did sell fast compared to similar homes listed. I was out of town most of the time and my wife was working long hours, so the fact that Jacqueline coordinated various repairs (HVAC servicing, electrical, cosmetic) and made sure they were completed in a timely manner was a BIG deal for us. She is very encouraging and sympathetic when things get frustrating but always manages to be positive and keep focused on the finish line. We are grateful for her as a realtor but also as a trusted friend. I have talked with my friends about their real estate experiences and they have told me that we were VERY fortunate to have someone as experienced and caring as she was.
